FAQ (Fack)

  • What is Inner Peace Skateboarding?

Inner Peace Skateboarding is an alternative to traditional coaching, therapy, and structured programs. It’s about using skateboarding as a tool for resilience, confidence, and growth—without the corporate red tape or outdated systems. This isn’t therapy. The skateboard is the therapist; I’m just the guide.

  • Do I need any skateboarding experience?

Nope. Whether you've never stepped on a board or you already skate and just want a different approach, this is for you. It’s not about tricks—it’s about mindset, movement, and learning at your own pace.

  • What if I don’t have a skateboard?

No problem. I have a few boards available for use during sessions, but if you’re serious about skating, I recommend getting your own setup. I can also help you choose the right gear.

  • Who is this for?

Anyone looking for something different. Kids, teens, adults—if you’re open to learning, falling, getting back up, and challenging yourself, this is for you.

  • Where do sessions take place?

Right now, we’re in local skateparks, parking lots, and any open spaces we can use. If you have a spot, I’ll come to you. Eventually, the goal is to have an indoor space, but for now, we make it work with what we have.

  • What should I bring?

A skateboard (if you have one)

A helmet (especially for younger skaters)

    Comfortable clothes and shoes

A willingness to push past your comfort zone

  • Is this Therapy?

No. There’s no diagnosing, no treatment plans, no insurance nonsense. This is about learning through experience—falling, failing, and figuring it out. That’s what makes skateboarding powerful.

  • How do I sign up?

Go to skateforinnerpeace.com or hit me up on social media. Scheduling links will be up soon, but for now, just reach out, and we’ll get you set up!

  • What if I have more questions?

Send me a message. I have no problem talking about what this is, what it isn’t, and what to expect. No gimmicks. No fluff. Just skateboarding, mindset, and movement.
